L‘ICAO ha emesso il secondo addendum all’edizione 2021-2022 delle Istruzioni Tecniche, in vigore dal 23 febbraio. Tramite questo addendum, l’ICAO modifica la disposizione speciale A220, per adeguarla anche ai farmaci utilizzati nella lotta al COVID-19 e non solo ai vaccini e ha, inoltre, aggiunto questa frase:

“This same package configuration, when consigned without the COVID-19 pharmaceutical for the purpose of use or reuse, is also not subject to the marking and documentation requirements of Section II of Packing Instruction 967 or 970, as applicable, provided prior arrangements have been made with the operator.”
